      The low-resistance backflow preventer is a hydraulic control combination device developed by our company that is mainly used for water supply units such as urban water supply to strictly limit the pressure water in the pipeline to flow only in one direction. Its function is to occur in the water supply system. During siphon reflow and back pressure reflow, it can effectively prevent the medium with poor water quality at the outlet from flowing back to the inlet with better water quality, avoiding water pollution from domestic water, and ensure the safety of domestic water to achieve the purpose of avoiding backflow pollution

    APPLICATIONS

     

    Installation Precautions

    ◆ Before formal installation, all pipes should be thoroughly flushed.

    ◆ Backflow preventer should be installed as horizontally as possible to facilitate debugging and maintenance.

    ◆ Maintenance gate valves should be installed at both ends of the backflow preventer, and filters should be installed before the inlet, and a flexible joint should be installed.

    The drainage of the drain valve should be discharged to a drainage ditch on the ground, and the distance between the lower end of the drain valve and the ground should not be less than 300mm.

    ◆ The principle is bad. It is allowed to install the backflow preventer in the pit. If it is really necessary, it must comply with the corresponding local regulations; it is required to be installed in a suitable and isolated space by an approved technician; and to avoid flooding caused by the release of water.

    ◆ When the backflow preventer requires maintenance without water, two backflow preventers should be connected in parallel on the main pipeline.
