Working Principle

The Exhausting Valve works by automatically releasing trapped air from water systems, ensuring smooth flow and reliable operation. Its internal float mechanism adjusts with the air and water levels, enabling continuous and efficient discharge.

• System Filling： When the pipeline is filled with water, the float rises with the water level, sealing the outlet tightly to prevent leakage.
• Air Accumulation: As air collects in the chamber during operation, the water level drops, causing the float to descend.
• Air Release: The descending float opens the outlet, allowing the trapped air to escape. Once the air is discharged, the water level rises again and reseals the outlet.

This simple mechanism ensures reliable shut-off and low-pressure loss, making it ideal for water supply, heating, and seawater pipelines.
